Has more than 20 years of experience in execution of international projects for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of highways.

Succeed in the field of quality control and project management in companies representing Italy, Turkey and the UK in a number of foreign countries. Also, being a member of the international organization of consulting engineers, as a senior quality control engineer, he contributed to the implementation of international highway construction projects financed by financial institutions such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation.

Has extensive experience in international project management, quality assurance and quality control organization.

Oversaw the strategies, objectives and operational status to ensure high quality processes and products as a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager on projects carried out in accordance with the requirements of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC). Led the implementation of quality operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory international standards in production.

Received a master's degree in the specialty "Construction materials and products" at the Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University (MADI).

Awarded the FIDIC Conditions of Contract MDB Harmonized edition 2010 Certificate.

Awarded an auditor certificate from TÜV Austria for to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Fluent in Turkish, English and Russian.
