Name of the project is “South Al Mutlaa Housing”. Along with “One & Only Resort Portonovi” (Montenegro, Herceg-Novi) project, this is another considerable overseas project of North West Construction in 2019.

South Al Mutlaa City is a new Kuwaiti city development on a site of 104 square kilometers (40 square miles) located west of the capital Kuwait City. Once completed, the new city will receive 400,000 residents who will enjoy the most modern housing and logistical services, public and commercial areas, hospitals, schools and social services. The South Al Mutlaa City is located in the north of the country, 40km from the center of Kuwait City.

Client of the project is Kuwait’s Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW).

Furthermore, the project foresees the construction of roads 150 km and related structures and numerous art works, lighting infrastructure, water distribution, rain-water gathering and sewage systems, and other civil works necessary for the distribution of electricity, installation of telecommunications networks and traffic control.
